The 'House Ingenhoven' stems from the 15th-century (1403). It is a manor, three-storied in 3:4 axles, brick with sandstone walls and anchor slot bolts, high hipped roof with four small round corner towers; gate house situated at the front, two-storied with two flanking round towers, brick with sandstone walls; at the park entrance two gate pillars made with bluestone ashlars from 1700.

The water tower in Nettetal-Lobberrich can be seen from afar. It is Lobberich's landmark. the water tower was constructed in the year 1898. Today the water tower is a listed building. The municipal utilities sold the tower to a private owner for 1 DM in the 90ties. Today the water tower stands empty. So far a re-use as residential and office building failed due to high estimated costs.
