City centre Alt-Viersen: Stadtbad

The Stadtbad Viersen is a pretty Art Nouveau building situated in the centre of Viersen, it was renovated inside out in the year 1995.

The Stadtbad was built in 1906 and is one of the last used baths of the Wihleminian epoch.

City centre Alt-Viersen: festival hall Viersen

Completed in the year 1913 after plans by city master builder Eugen Frielingsdorf. Due to the outstanding acoustic numerous internationally renowned conductors, orchestras and soloists have played here in the festival hall in Viersen.

The modern building is part of the district music school.
