The bus lines of the SWK also serve the following towns and communities in the district Viersen up to the Dutch border: Kempen, Tönisvorst and Willich, Schwalmtal, Brüggen, Nettetal and county seat Viersen.

Outside the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr (VRR) the public utilities Krefeld offer the transit traffic to the Verkehrsgemeinschaft Niederrhein (VGN) in the district Kleve connections to Wachtendonk and in school children transport up to Herongen-Niederdorf, just before Venlo.
